Description

Sulindac is a prodrug with minimal activity. After entering the human body, it is metabolized into an active sulfide, which can inhibit cyclooxygenase and reduce the synthesis of prostaglandins, so it has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Little effect on renal blood flow and renal function.
