Pancreatin is a digestive aid, which mainly contains trypsin, pancreatic Amylase and pancreatic lipase. Trypsin can convert protein into peptone, pancreatic Amylase can convert starch into dextrin and sugar, and pancreatic lipase can decompose fat into glycerol and fatty acid. Strong activity under neutral or weakly alkaline conditions. Digestion of starch, protein, and fat in intestinal fluid plays a role in promoting digestion and increasing appetite.
