Oxymatrine is an alkaloid extracted and separated from Sophora flavescens, a plant of the genus Sophora in the Leguminosae family. It is mainly oxymatrine and contains a small amount of oxysophocarpine. Oxymatrine is the main active ingredient of matrine in increasing white blood cells. It has the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, diuresis and detoxification, improving symptoms and signs of hepatitis, reducing jaundice, and reducing enzymes. It can inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus, induce endogenous interferon, protect liver cells, improve liver function, resist liver fibrosis, increase white blood cells and fight tumors.

Oxymatrine is suitable for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, as well as low white blood cells caused by tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy and leukopenia caused by other reasons. This product is an antiviral drug developed and produced in my country.
