Oligopeptide-68 is a whitening peptide raw material, which is an oligopeptide containing twelve amino acids. Oligopeptide-68 is a complex combination of TGF-agonist peptides that inhibits microcytosis-associated transcription factor (MITF). MITF is a major transcriptional regulator of melanogenic enzymes, tyrosinase, TRP-1 and TRP-2. This peptide induces significant skin lightening and is more active than arbutin and vitamin C.
