Application & Funtion

 hydrochloride injection is a quick acting selective β 1 Adrenoceptor blockers. It mainly acts on the cardiac muscle. 1 Adrenoceptor, beta to tracheal and vascular smooth muscle at high doses; 2 adrenoceptors also block. There was no intrinsic sympathomimetic effect or membrane stabilization at the therapeutic dose. It can reduce the heart rate of normal people during exercise and rest, and resist the increase of heart rate caused by isoproterenol. Its blood pressure lowering effect and β The degree of adrenoceptor blockade was correlated. 10~20 minutes after stopping the intravenous injection β The effect of adrenoceptor blockade is basically disappeared. Electrophysiological study showed that  hydrochloride injection had typical β -Adrenergic receptor blocker effect: reduce heart rate, reduce the automaticity of sinus node, prolong the recovery time of sinus node, prolong the AH interval during sinus rhythm and atrial rhythm, and prolong the forward conduction cycle. Radionuclide cardiac blood pool angiography showed that at a dose of 0.2mg/kg/min, this product can reduce resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, heart rate blood pressure product, left and right ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index, and the effect is similar to that of intravenous 4mg hydrochloride injection was similar to n reducing heart rate, heart rate blood pressure product and cardiac index under exercise, but the effect on systolic blood pressure was more obvious. Cardiovascular angiography showed that at a dose of 0.3mg/kg/min, in addition to the above effects, this product can also cause a slight increase in left ventricular end-diastolic pressure and pulmonary artery wedge pressure, and hemodynamic parameters fully recovered 30 minutes after drug withdrawal.
