Gabexate mesylate is only for intravenous drip, 100 mg each time, 300 mg daily for the first 3 days of treatment, and 100 mg/day after the symptoms are relieved, with a course of 6 to 10 days. First, inject 5 mL of water for injection into the bottle containing the lyophilized powder of gabexate, and transfer it into 500 ml of 5% glucose or Ringer's solution after it is dissolved for intravenous drip. The drip speed should not be too fast, and should be controlled within 1 mg/kg/h, and should not exceed 2.5 mg/kg/h.
