Inosine pranobex is an organic substance with a chemical formula of C52H78N10O17. It is a slightly yellow or colorless powder, slightly bitter, hygroscopic, and soluble in water.
It is an immunomodulatory drug. In vitro tests have shown that it can enhance the immune response of PHA or antigens, promote the differentiation and proliferation of T lymphocytes, and stimulate the differentiation of B lymphocytes and the production of antibodies by activating TH cells or macrophages.

Indications
1. Used for a variety of viral infections, including subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, acute viral meningitis, herpes zoster, skin herpes, influenza and thrush, herpes virus keratitis, uveitis, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), immunodeficiency disease, etc.
2. Used as a therapeutic agent for malignant lymphoma, myeloma, early malignant melanoma, and combined with surgery to treat patients with esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, rectal cancer, and thyroid cancer after surgery.
