  • Interfacial Electrostatics of Poly(vinylamine hydrochloride), Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride), Poly-L-lysine, and Poly-L-arginine Interacting with Lipid Bilayers.: This research investigates the interactions between poly-L-arginine hydrochloride and lipid bilayers, providing insights into its potential applications in drug delivery systems (McGeachy et al., 2018). (McGeachy et al., 2018).
  • Polyarginine has potential applications in gene delivery, intracellular delivery and drug delivery. Biomedical applications: Chitosan-polyarginine complexes may have good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can be used in tissue engineering, drug delivery systems, as well as wound dressings, etc. Gene delivery: Due to the cationic properties of polyarginine, chitosan-polyarginine complex may play a role in gene therapy as a gene delivery carrier.
