Cefquinome sulfate is a cefepime antibiotic used to inhibit a variety of bacteria in the Enterobacteriaceae family. Its chemical name is 7-[(Z)-2-(2-amino-4-thiazolyl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamido]-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid-3-methyl-(5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolinium) indole sulfate.
